Only fresh pasta......basta!
We produce our pasta ourselve and fresh every day - you can also see this in our glass production. All that is used is wheat semolina, egg yolk and water. No preservatives or other chemicals are used. We only use bronze matrices. We also attach great importance to details and the highest quality during preparation. That's why all of our dishes are always freshly prepared. In individual cases, this could lead to an extended waiting time. We ask that you take this into account and not take offense. Any acceleration would have a negative impact on the quality of our dishes.
Our philosophy
In our kitchen we fundamentally value the uncompromising quality and freshness of the ingredients we use. For example, only fine, cooked ham or fresh spring salami find their way onto our pizza. Even when it comes to “cheese”, there is no alternative to pure mozzarella “fior di latte”. This comes directly from Italy, because it is essential for a good pizza. So, now we wish you a lot of fun choosing your meal, a nice and pleasant stay and a good appetite.

Our steaks come from 100% Irish grass-fed beef. Free rearing and grass forage
ensure the typical prime steak taste. We cook the steaks exclusively at 800°C
